The Potomac group has a number of project managers available to assist in your project management.  They have experience in multi-million dollar projects to smaller, custom client work.  They draw upon a wealth of experience covering most business environments.

How do we oversee a project?

When Potomac enters into a project development effort, we follow a proven formula to insure the project is completed on time, on budget and to the exact requirements of the client.  To accomplish this, we utilize a five-step procedure to insure there are no surprises upon delivery of the project to the client.  These steps are:

• Requirements Definition
• Technical Specification
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment

If you choose to, we encourage your participation in the development process and in testing the features and functionality of a customized application.  We do it by providing you with direct connectivity to our in-house ClearPath system where we maintain your application. We then arrange weekly conference  meetings/conference calls with the client.  These meetings are to confirm the accuracy of work-to-date and give the opportunity to provide project status updates.  Between project status meetings, we allow the client to validate progress to date as well as the ability to test completed functionality.
