![]() -- Each maintenance event has two schedules: a bill of materials and a table of operations. These events identify the products, time and methods necessary to perform the required maintenance. Each event occurs after a condition has been met, for example, a certain number of hours of machine operation. ![]() -- The schedule is presented in the form of suggested orders. The system can confirm these suggested orders so they become planned maintenance orders. Planned maintenance orders may also be entered into the system directly. -- When a plant maintenance order is created for an event, the bill of materials and table of operations for that event are copied to the order. The bill of materials and the table of operation for that specific order can be modified. -- Instructional narrative can be attached to an order or to an operation. ![]() -- Plant Maintenance offers a sophisticated valuation of the cost of maintenance orders in progress based on standard costs.
